Is this service in the cloud or desktop PC?
We believe this solution is best delivered currently for our clients on their local environment for now. We are looking at cloud solutions for future options.
Why can I not get immediate access to your software to trial?
Because we want to make sure you’re not one of those horrible bots or someone trying to get our amazing software for unscrupulous activities!
Do I need any other software to run this solution?
The only thing we will need is for you to have access to Microsoft XXX Software – Don’t worry, you’ll be taken to their website to download this as easily as possible.

Does your service work in different counties outside of the UK?
In short no. As this is currently compliant for the UK Courts. But watch this space!
Does eCourtBundle have any limitations with how many pages I can make for a bundle?
No, unlimited in size at no extra charge.
Are there any extra charges/costs for the service?
No, your license fee includes everything in the solution for 12 months at no extra cost.
Would you be able to build us something bespoke that we would like to have/include in our software?
