Terms and Conditions of Service

Background

(A) TechButler Limited T/A eCourtBundle.com (“eCourtbundle“) has developed certain software applications and platforms which it makes available to subscribers via an installed desktop application on a pay-per-use basis.
(B) The Customer (as set out in the Order Summary) wishes to use eCourtbundle’s service in its business operations.
(C) eCourtbundle has agreed to provide and the Customer has agreed to take and pay for eCourtbundle’s service on the terms of the Order Summary and these conditions (together the "Agreement").

9. Support Services

9.1 eCourtbundle shall provide the Support Services in accordance with this clause and/or as further detailed in any Order Summary.
9.2 eCourtbundle shall use its reasonable endeavours to:

9.2.1 Provide first-line support personnel to take calls during the service hours who shall verify the initial priority set at the support desk via discussion between service delivery personnel and the Customer, allocate calls with an initial priority via discussion between the support desk and the Customer;
9.2.2 Respond to calls and provide resolutions within the timeframes and classifications outlined in the support policy;
9.2.3 Provide escalation processes for incidents that cannot be resolved within expected timeframes.

9.3 Support services do not cover issues caused by:

9.3.1 Use of the Software or Services in a manner not in accordance with the Agreement;
9.3.2 Changes made to the Customer Operating Environment without prior written agreement from eCourtbundle;
9.3.3 Third-party services, software, or systems not supplied by eCourtbundle.

9.4 Any support provided outside of the terms of the Agreement will be subject to separate charges and terms to be agreed between the parties in writing in advance.
